Bomb Resistant Waste Receptacle - Product Testing
The Bomb Receptacles available from American Innovations, Inc. (AI) have been extensively tested at the Energetic Materials Research and Testing Center (EMRTC), an independent testing facility that has been developing and testing ordnance devices for the Department of Defense (DOD) and Aviation industry for over 50 years. Additional testing was conducted by Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NAVEODTECHDIV) under a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) directive. Extensive private, public sector, and independent testing has confirmed that our bomb receptacles withstand bottom, side wall, and center detonations without outer wall penetration or creation of secondary fragmentation.

American Innovations, Inc. does not publicize explosives protection ratings or specific deployment locations for security reasons. Our current deployment sectors include airports, arenas, government buildings, hospitals, malls, military bases, national laboratories, religious institutions, schools, and transit stations.

XD-2i Explosives Trace Detector - Product Demonstration
Understanding limitations of conventional explosives trace detectors, their extensive training requirements, the high turnover of personnel who operate these security detection systems, and the severity of today’s explosives threats have driven the development of this next generation explosives detection technology.

The Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Lab (DHS TSL) located in Atlantic City, NJ has recently completed an assessment of the American Innovations XD-2i, portable explosives trace detector. The performance capabilities of the XD-2i can be verified directly from DHS TSL by recognized government agencies. Private sector counterparts in the need to know should contact their State Office of Homeland Security (OHS) who can verify the explosives detection capabilities of the XD-2i with the Transportation Security Lab on their behalf.

American Innovations is prepared to demonstrate the detection capabilities of our new explosives detectors and their ability to be effectively used by personnel without prior explosive detection training. We appreciate you considering us for your very important explosives detection requirements and look forward to demonstrating why explosive detection chemistry is the future in explosives detection technology.
